“This is the first time hearing aids were suggested for me. I have tinnitus in both ears, but I can zone that out because it is constant and doesn't change. But when my children kept urging me to get tested, I did. I have significant hearing loss, but I had no idea how much until I was fitted with aids by Mel. When I took them out of my ears, it was as if I had pillows over my ears! The aids made a significant difference, and Mel was willing to see me as often as I needed him for adjustments and further instruction. I think the service is very good and the cost was similar to (actually a little less than) other hearing aids that offer the same options. ”
