Marci Shuman graduated from Arizona State University Masters in Audiology Program in 2002, holds a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is Board Certified in Tinnitus Management. Marci has over 20 years experience in adult hearing aids, tinnitus and BAHA and is committed to community outreach for awareness of early intervention of adult-onset hearing loss.  

Katie Austin has over eleven years of cochlear implant experience providing care to nearly 600 implant patients ranging in age from infancy to elderly. She obtained her graduate education at the University of Louisville and completed her externship at Arizona Hearing and Balance Center.  She is a contributing author to several otolaryngology textbooks and speaks regularly about her passion of aural rehabilitation post-implantation.

Raquel Proctor is a licensed audiologist who earned her B.S. in Education from the University of Louisville and her doctorate in audiology from University of Louisville, School of Medicine. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology by the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is Board Certified in Tinnitus Management. Dr. Proctor is passionate about educating others about the emotional and cognitive implications of hearing loss and the importance of including family members in the communication management process.

Katherine Robertson obtained her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Louisville, School of Medicine in 2009. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and has extensive experience in adult diagnostics and hearing amplification.
