“Sat in a chair awaiting my appointment...no one came to greet me or confirm my appointment so after 15 minutes I left. Went for a hearing test and instead of showing me available aids they scheduled another appointment 2 weeks later. I went to a competitor, got tested and shown models of aids and three days later they were in my ears. Understaffing was NOT the problem!”

“The reception area has improved immensely in the last few years. They are now professional and friendly. The staff I have dealt with have been wonderful but the billing office does not measure up. I offered to pay during my last visit but was told I would be billed. I wasn't billed for 3 months and immediately called but had to leave a message. I tried the internet address but couldn't get it to work. I again called and left a message several times but didn't hear from them. Frankly I forgot after that until I received a notice I would be sent to collections. I called again several times and left messages. I finally called reception and explained the problem and was put through to a supervisor. Again I had to leave a message. Several days later I called reception again. This time I actually spoke to the supervisor and was able to make the payment. I'm not sure I will be back after this experience.”
