“I did not shop around and felt good about service. I asked about the discount that I would receive from I never knew what that base price was the sales circular I was told on the second visit that it would be 30% off I did not know what that base price was to begin with I had problems with the idea that the hearing aids could only charge for 12 hours I found it very difficult to know when they went out and getting and getting them charged to finish my day out I was having some significant problems with wax in the ear so I decided to go to a hearing place near me to see if they would do a good job of looking in my ear and giving me an idea how bad it was this place looked at my insurance and noticed that I had been a Ford employee through the insurance card with Humana and told me that I could get 60% off of those hearing aids I felt like a fool not realizing that I had benefits relating to my ears you're establishment did not recognize that and could help me with realizing that situation his hearing aids are very much like the ones I have now but have a 24-hour charge for so much less a 90-day test of the hearing aids before decision had to be made I sure could have used that help sincerely ”
