“First off, there was no waiting, it was right to the testing area and got me started. For some that's no big deal, but for a guy with little patience, it was nice. Also, when I came here, I realized my hearing issues were mainly associated with listening to the TV. When there is background noise or music I had difficulty hearing the dialogue. Dr Sharpe shared my test results with me and confirmed the mild to moderate hearing loss and showed me my options. I ended up taking the one she recommended and I have had absolutely no issues with the TV ( or hearing anything else ) at all. Very pleased with the results. Thank you Dr. Sharpe!”
“I took my mother to Dr Sharpe at First Coast Audiology because one if her hearing aids was not working. I would rate our experience a 10 out of 10. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She made us realize we are in the right place. Dr Sharpe gave my mom the best hearing evaluation she has ever had. She was able to clean and rehab and re program my mom’s Hearing aids so she was hearing much better when we left. We highly recommend this office and will continue to use them going forward for all our audiology needs. Very professional and friendly ”

“Dr. Melissa Sharpe conducted a hearing test for me and determined that I had a moderate hearing loss issue. Without any pressure to purchase hearing aids she explained how I could benefit from wearing them. Based on the results of my test she suggested a brand that best fit my particular issue. I would have expected that she'd recommend a high-end brand with a high-end price, but she did not. I did purchase the recommended product and could not have been happier with her choice. From the moment that I walked out of her office, until today (6 months later) I am amazed at the improvement in my ability to hear. I am so thankful for Dr. Sharpe's expertise in determining my particular hearing issue and recommending the right product for me. I have friends that bought their hearing aids from big box stores and are so disappointed with the quality of their hearing aids and the lack of support in dealing with their concerns. I am so happy with the improvement in my ability to hear (and so is my wife), and highly recommend Dr. Sharpe with First Coast Audiology for anyone who has hering concerns.”
