“Let me first say, this experience of sudden hearing loss in my right ear was devastating, but here is why it is now not anywhere as bad as I thought, Kayla at Aspire not only has the knowledge, but the patience and personality to help me put this entire deal into perspective. Let me explain, there are a lot of people in the medical world that “say it how it is” and that’s it, and we are suppose to walk out of the office/hospital to figure out what to do next, this is not the case with Kayla, I have had some really bad days and she was able to give me techniques, caring responses and a tough minded approach that really has made a turn around difference, both mentally and physically.
