“I have had hearing aids for over twenty years and was searching for a new hearing aid dispenser. I was very happy with my last audiologist however she unexpectedly resigned. Then I received a letter from HearingLife in Willmar to come in for a free consultation. My first contact was with Michelle at the front desk, she was very pleasant and went the extra mile to get me in as soon as possible. When I arrived for my appointment Chad introduced himself to me, then visited in his office before proceeding to a hearing exam after which he discussed how my current hearing aids were performing. He then explained his fee structure which seemed very reasonable. With the confidence I had in Chad I booked a future appointment and was assured I could come in anytime before the appointment if I had any issues! Nice People, I’m happy with my choice! ”
