“Advanced Hearing and Balance is the authority when you have issues with hearing. From the receptionist to the nurse and doctor everyone was friendly and took the time to set your expectations, listen to your concerns and explain my options for better hearing. The whole process for testing is a bit long but push through it as there is a reason they take perform the many tests. Once finished they carefully explain your results and provide you with print outs. They do take insurance and any out of pocket expenses you are responsible for and if you use a credit card just know you will be charged a 3% fee. Pay via cash if you can. I have also visited the Grapevine location for my initial hearing exam and they were excellent. You can trust Advanced Hearing & Balance with your hearing needs.”

“Came in for my yearly check up this morning & saw Dr. Bobo for the first time. I’ve had my “aids” or as I like to call them “my ears” for two years. Recently I started to have some difficulty with loud noise & crowds. Dr. Bobo listen to me & told me what she thought was happing. After the test she said her first thought were correct, about what was causing the issues & different options to get some relief. She answered all my questions, didn’t rush through my appointment Yes, she is a doctor that listens & cares about her patients! I would recommend anyone with a hearing issue to go see her. She tells you what it is & does not try to sell you something that is not the best for you! The entire staff at AHBC is excellent, friendly & helpful. Do yourself a favor & get your hearing checked. I did & I haven’t fallen or injured myself since getting my “ears””
