Sara believes that by helping patients understand their hearing loss and their hearing aid technology, she is empowering them to take control of their ability to communicate again. “One of the hardest parts of my job is watching people struggle because of their inability to communicate. Sometimes it’s not being able to communicate with friends and family members; sometimes patients are struggling to communicate with doctors or caregivers. I believe that by educating my patients and spending the time they need, I can help them focus less on their hearing aids and more on hearing what they want to hear again.”

“Yesterday, I visited the Center to try to link my hearing aids to the phone app. After trying several times and various techniques I was unable to accomplish this seemingly simple task. I met with Rachael Murphy, explained my predicament to her and requested assistance. The task was complicated by my phone. For reasons still unknown the linkage was difficult. Rachael tried repeatedly and conducted several experiments to try to find a way to create the link. After reboots, reinstalling the app, and coaxing the blue-tooth, she finally completed the link. Rachael went above and beyond in her persistence, ingenuity, and customer support to help me. She is truly an example to the type of caring person that is rarer to find today. The Center did well in hiring her, and I want to extend heartfelt thanks to her and to you. Congratulations on a job very well done. ”

“I first saw Dr. Spiller some time ago when she was practicing with my regular ENT doctor. Although it had been several years since I’d seen her, I was thrilled to find out she had an office nearby. On my very first visit, she remembered all my issues and jumped right on my needs. Dr. Spiller is the consummate professional, always conducting a through exam, taking whatever time is the needed to explain things in easily understood terms, and doing so in an incredibly caring and personable manner. Every time I’ve been to her office, the other audiologists as well as her support staff mirror Dr. Spiller’s care and professionalism. I recommend Dr. Spiller and her team to anyone. ”

“I was treated very professionally. They were very understanding. They gave me the option of I could look at new hearing aids, or I could be tested and they could hook up my results to their machine and figure out what prescription I had. They were just very 100% professional and helpful.”

“Five stars - She was really able to comprehend what I needed and she knew where I had been. She explained everything about the aids. There was one thing, though - there was a thirty-day time that you could try the aid and then you would have to pay a $250 deposit and she says it right off the bat she would have waived that and I didn't know it at the get-go. I was getting ready to go to my appointment to pick it up and the receptionist told me that. So I just think that should be pointed out up front. ”
