Dr. Audra Jones received her doctorate from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She joined Ross Hearing Center in 2013.  Dr. Jones is a fellow of the American Academy of audiology. She is committed to helping those with speech understanding problems lead a fuller life. By combining integrity and compassion, she has a unique ability to explain the strategies of treating hearing loss. She understands the importance of taking the time to really listen to her patients and create an environment where open and honest communication can take place and her patients can make decisions about their speech understanding needs.

Jennifer Adams


Dr. Jennifer Adams received her doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Jennifer strives to increase her patients' quality of life through better hearing. Her main focus is treating hearing loss, tinnitus, and counseling patients and their families in order to optimize their quality of life through personalized solutions including the fitting of hearing aids.
