“Thank you for the outstanding service I received on my visit. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.”
“Dr, Lynch was professional and so very pleasant to work with. She answered all our questions and was willing to go back over anything we were not sure of.”
“Dr Mary Susan Thornton was very helpful in answering my hearing aid product related questions and was willing to utilize and work with audiological test data from another audiologist to set up the hearing aids. She provided a “trial set” of the hearing aids I was likely going to buy and even swapped them out during the holidays when one had a issue. She scheduled a quick turn around appointment after Xmas so I could purchase my new aids before the new year and take advantage of the current years health insurance/deductible situation. Went out of her way to make things happen for me!!! I would recommend her to anyone needing hearing aids. ”
“Dr Lynch was professional and patient. This was my my first hearing aide, and I was a little apprehensive about the whole process. Rebecca was kind and generous with her time in helping me choose a device that was perfect for me. Thank you for making this transition in my life doable. ”
“My experience at Audiology Associates of North FL was excellent. My audiologist explained everything to me clearly. My hearing aids were reviewed and each part was fully explained. I am very pleased.”
