Jacqueline Wiley graduated from UCSB and University of Iowa.  She has practiced as an audiologist and hearing aid dispenser for 14 years.  She has worked with ENTs and sold hearing aids in Santa Barbara, San Francisco, and Tucson. She has also contributed to research at House Ear Institute and Sansum Diabetes Research Institute.

IPC Hearing Aid Center has served the people of the Santa Barbara community at 3009 De La Vina since 1985.  In 2015, Carol Rogers was joined by Jacqueline, who began Santa Barbara Audiology in 2014.  Walk in visits and free hearing aid checking and cleaning continue to be a staple component of this business.  Jacque can be reached by cell phone listed at the Santa Barbara Audiology website.  Appointments and questions via text are welcome.

Hearing care services

Testing - Test results are reviewed in detail. Family members and loved ones are encouraged to attend the initial visit. Important treatment options if necessary will be discussed.

Consultation - Comprehensive consultation services are provided with a thorough hearing assessment that includes a detailed case history and life style impact assessment of the patient’s current hearing health condition. The dynamics of interpersonal communication will be thoroughly reviewed as it relates to both speaker and listener. Questions about test results and recommendations are encouraged to maximize patient understanding.

Treatment - If treatment through the use of hearing instruments and/or assistive devices is necessary, a wide variety of instrument manufacturers and styles are available. Current features and benefits of these instruments will be discussed. A recommendation will be made for the best solution that meets the patient’s specific needs.

Service - Periodic hearing instrument cleaning and evaluation services are available at no charge.

Repair - Hearing instrument servicing is available for all makes and models and most service issues can be completed on site. Drop off services are also available as well as home site visits if necessary.
