“Thank you for your compassion and professionalism during my appointments. Your patience in listening to me and my complaints about my hearing has brought me the closet to a workable solution than I've been in a long time. I am very grateful for the through testing and for your explaining how the hearing aids that I had were not really working for me, until then I had no idea and thought that it was the only solution that I had. The new one's that you gave me (yes, gave me) are incredible! I can hear sounds clearer again and this will help me in my interaction with my family and at work. I can hear and understand what my little nieces are saying again. So, I thank you very, very much for your kindness, patience, skill and expertise. You made a wonderful difference in my outlook on life. ”
