“Truly, Saloman Audiology has been a life saver! My soon to be 92 year old mother was diagnosed with hearing loss ten years ago! She absolutely refused to acknowledge the hearing loss and was not open to using hearing aids. I continued to have her examined annually and she underwent extensive testing this past year but maintained her position that I was the issue as I spoke too softly. By divine intervention, I was introduced to Saloman Audiology at the end of 2025 and my mom finally agreed to try the hearing aids! Dr. Phillip Saloman (Dr. Phil) is the reason that my mom finally changed her position. He listened to my concerns and frustrations; and he listened to my mom. He is sincere, patient and kind, truly a Godsend. Saloman Audiology also makes home visits which enabled my mom to be fitted with the hearing aids in the comfort of our home, supported with family. This was exactly what my mom needed, an environment where she would be surrounded by family and not feel “exposed” for having to wear hearing aids. Additionally, Dr. Phil provided explanations throughout the process and ensured that I felt comfortable putting the hearing aids on my mom and that my mom was comfortable with the hearing aids. My mom has had them over a month and Dr. Phil has made a follow up visit since the initial fitting. He set up the associated software on my iPad where I can make adjustments to the hearing aids and enabled the “fall alert”. Words cannot express my gratitude to Saloman Audiology or the utter relief I feel knowing that my mom’s quality of life will improve now that she can hear. Thank you, Dr. Phil! ”
