Joann has been fitting hearing instruments since 1984 and was previously licensed in Wisconsin. Joann has been honored by the Governor of Kentucky with a commission as a Colonel in the Kentucky Militia in recognition of her humanitarian and charitable work.
Our General Manager, Sean, is the son of owners Joann and David. Sean oversees the day to day operations of the company. Sean is an outstanding fitter and his computer knowledge makes him the most technically competent hearing aid dispenser in the Tri-state area. His personality and genuine concern for the patient's better hearing endears Sean to all who come to see him. Sean has been dispensing hearing instruments since 1997 when he left the US Army to join the business to be able to spend more time with his wife and seven (that’s correct 7) children.

“My wife and I are really happy with our hearing aids. I would like everyone to know that Joanne and David are great at making sure you are taken care of. I have hearing aids with Bluetooth and I love them.”
“I visited CRHC two days after a visit with another hearing care provider and the experience was night and day. Mr. Borland was very pleasant right from the start and seemed to genuinely be interested in my hearing concerns. The testing he provided seemed to me to be more in-depth. Also, his staff had called my insurance during my testing and by the time testing was done, they knew what my insurance would cover and how much was left on my annual deductible (The other place essentially shut me down when I tried to discuss my insurance). When discussing different models, he actually recommended against the most expensive, top-tier device. He listened to all of my concerns. I decided to go with the devices he recommended and was able to watch him personalize them to my “hearing profile.” As soon as He placed them, I could hear a definite improvement - I honestly felt on the verge of tears and would have been ready to fully pay my balance. He didn’t even consider payment telling me to wear them until my one-week follow-up - if they didn’t perform or I decided they are not for me, no obligation to buy. This said a lot about his commitment and confidence in his product offering. Realizing I’ve been using them for less than 24-hours at this point, I still can say that I am 110% satisfied and amazed!”
“I was becoming a recluse because of my hearing loss. This Doctor, in my estimation gave me my life back. I now socialize with others and am very happy. I give him all of the credit for this. He is warm, gracious and outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone.”
“I liked the time that he took to explain everything. Things I didn't know he was able to explain.”
“He was very thorough and very kind and explained everything and told me options I had down the line if I wanted to take them.”
