Susan has been helping people with their hearing needs since 1999 when she began working at Advanced Hearing Services. In 2004, she received her Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2009. In July 2010, she took over as owner of Advanced Hearing Services.
Your hearing is her biggest concern, and she will help you choose the right hearing solution to fulfill your needs. She will guide you through this process with compassion and care. As a Hearing Health Care provider, she looks forward to building a relationship with you by bringing the joy of hearing back to your daily life.
She has two passions in her life. One is teaching people about hearing and helping them regain their hearing. Her other passion is horses. She has been riding since she was 10 years old and spends most of her time away from the office riding and training her two horses, Ruby and Einstein.

Stephanie began working with Advanced Hearing Services on August 13, 2012, as one of our receptionists.
Stephanie is now Susan's assistant, helping with patient appointments. She enjoys helping people with the maintenance of their hearing devices and can answer any questions you have about hearing loss and/or your devices.
When Stephanie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children. She also enjoys hiking, cooking, reading and Sudoku puzzles. Stephanie is also a Massage Therapist, helping people feel their best self.
Monica joined Advanced Hearing in June 2015, as one of our receptionists.
Monica is now Susan's Apprentice, taking care of our maintenance appointments such as annual hearing evaluations, check and cleans, and general programming of devices.
When Monica is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog. Waylon is our official greeter in the office. This is their third time living in Fort Collins, and they hope they are here to stay. She loves to be outdoors, hiking, skiing, and biking.
Leah began working at Advanced Hearing Services in April 2017 as one of our receptionists.
Leah now works part time as Susan's assistant and administrative assistant. She enjoys helping people with their hearing devices and answering questions about hearing healthcare.
She graduated from CSU in 2011 with a degree in social work and love to help and be around people. When she is not working I enjoy spending time with my twin daughters, soccer, bowling, yoga, and the outdoors.
Kathy joined Advanced Hearing Services in September 2018. She is one of our Administrative assistants. Kathy will help you schedule your appointment, greet you when you come into the office and is happy to answer any questions you might have.
Kathy's favorite activity is spending time with my husband and 3 kids. She loves the Colorado outdoors and spends as much time as we can camping, hiking, and kayaking. Kathy also enjoys an indoor hobby of quilting.
