“My appointment was at the Chattanooga location. My wife was with me for the appointment. She has mobility issues and was in a transport chair that day. The facility layout was such that it was easy to maneuver her chair around. This doesn't affect most people, but for those with issues, it is nice to have easy access. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were offered water while we waited which was a very nice and unexpected gesture. I met with Dr. Hannah Dearth. She was quite friendly and helpful. I appreciate that she explained everything as she was doing the exam. I did need hearing aids and she helped me understand the difference in the offerings. There was no pressure. I delayed writing this review until I received the hearing aids so I could review the entire experience. Dr. Dearth met with me for the fitting and she explained use and care of the devices very well. “First visit felt very comfortable. The greeting receptionist , the staff between,and the receptionist when you leave were all so friendly, but yet professional as well.Second visit,was so easy because I knew what to expect. This crew that works the Lee Hwy office has obviously been carefully picked. They are all in sync with each other. I know they’re not related, but you would think they are by the way those girls work together! They will laugh and cut up with you while at the same time explaining detail by detail of the things you need to know and how to follow them when at home. And on top of that, if you’re still unsure, they give you a number to call, basically a help hotline that is clearly associated with the staff and why you were at their office. And if you are not comfortable with that, then they offer you their time to discuss your questions or concerns personally by simply calling the office. I may be wrong, but I seriously don’t think that you will find a more family oriented crew than the Lee Hwy office. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. They believe in one another and stand shoulder to shoulder to continue their care for people that trust that they will receive a precise diagnosis and treatment afterwards. We have moved a couple times since then, and needing certain parts of my hearing aid were not adequately serviced, even saying that my hearing aids did not work. So trying to hear has been extremely frustrating and trying to get help has been even more frustrating. “Exam was thorough and the results explained very clearly. Very happy with the medical staff. However, the clerical staff did not properly apply my insurance coverage. initially they said it did not cover any of the charges. After I went home I called my insurance company to find out differently. My coverage was at 100% of the covered charges. I called back to the clerical staff and explained this to them. They said they would double check. About 5 hours later they called me to confirm that the coverage was indeed at 100% of the covered amount. Due to the expense of the hearing aids, it is important to get a clear picture of the coverage and insisting that the clerical staff do the proper research is important.”

This wasn't her normal room and the equipment just wasn't working so she called in some back up to try to figure out what was going on. Well I don't remember who fixed it but they were so nice.
