Layne became interested in becoming an audiologist after a mission trip to Boston to work with the deaf. He attended Utah State University for his undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders and Brigham Young University for his master’s degree in Audiology. He then went on to earn his doctorate at Salus University. In addition to helping patients at the clinic, Layne also participates in charity work through several organizations. In his free time he likes to golf, cycle, and spend time with his wife and their three children.
William completed his bachelors of science degree in communicative disorders and continued on to earn his Doctorate of Audiology from Utah State University. William has worked in an independent private ENT clinic as well as in major hospitals. William became interested in audiology because he has a sister who was born with a severe hearing impairment. This helps him to relate and empathize with people who are also experiencing hearing loss.
