In 2011, she graduated magna cum laude from the City University of New York -- Graduate Center, where Dr. Russo received her Doctorate in Audiology. She has been working at the Family Hearing Center (now HearingLife) since then. Dr. Russo is a licensed audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser in the state of New York.

“It’s a long story, the short of it is hearing life owes me 3700. For hearing aids that I purchased November 6. Dr Russo made a call and told me they were out of network which was not factual. I paid upfront, expecting a check from my insurance. The check never came because in fact they were in network, so my insurance company sent them a check. They never told me they had received money, so I was able to get 2000 back of 5700. My insurance company sent them a letter stating that they need to pay me back in full as per their provider contract. Hearing life refused so now the insurance company has given the case to their enforcement department. I am in the process of filling out paperwork for a claim in court, along with various complaints with govt agencies. I have over 15 calls to their billing department alone, Bill has sent over 10 emails to Corporate. He refuses to give me any phone numbers, or refund me any money. My insurance company has sent multiple messages to Corporate with zero responses back. I will update this once I finish with the current process.”
