“Simply the best! Dr. Stephanie Russo is excellent. Staff is wonderful. Very warm and inviting. I can hear the birds again. Conversations in noisy environments are no longer a challenge. And... I am hearing parts in music that I knew were there, but could no longer hear! Fabulous! They offer great technology and "tune" / program them precisley . Thanks so much!”
“Excellent CSR . The staff has been exceptional in responding to every need. Especially during their walk in hours. They answer the phone ! Highly recommend them, Ms Russo is very professional and attentive, answers questions in layman’s terms. Update April 26, 2022: My 4th year and second set of hearing aids , outstanding service , hearing test , selection of hearing aids to accommodate my lifestyle. Dr Russo was very patient walked me through the directions for Bluetooth enabled hearing aids , scheduled a follow up a week later, she made adjustments. Great customer service and the office staff Kiara and Allison always with a pleasant greeting me by name ! They call a day or two before your appointment to confirm! Start to finish a seamless and pleasant process! Real pro’s”
“It’s a long story, the short of it is hearing life owes me 3700. For hearing aids that I purchased November 6. Dr Russo made a call and told me they were out of network which was not factual. I paid upfront, expecting a check from my insurance. The check never came because in fact they were in network, so my insurance company sent them a check. They never told me they had received money, so I was able to get 2000 back of 5700. My insurance company sent them a letter stating that they need to pay me back in full as per their provider contract. Hearing life refused so now the insurance company has given the case to their enforcement department. I am in the process of filling out paperwork for a claim in court, along with various complaints with govt agencies. I have over 15 calls to their billing department alone, Bill has sent over 10 emails to Corporate. He refuses to give me any phone numbers, or refund me any money. My insurance company has sent multiple messages to Corporate with zero responses back. I will update this once I finish with the current process.”
