“I have tried hearing aid & they stayed in the cabinet most of the time. They just amplified the sound, still couldn't understand. Then I ordered hearing aids where the would give me a virtual meeting. I refused to do this & my wife returned the product. I did not believe that I could take a hearing test in my home in a sound proof environment. When I came here I took a very thorough hearing test, in a sound booth. This test was conducted by a Doctor Audiologist. I feel that I have a true reading on my situation, I am only hearing about 40%. My problem is correctable. Dr. Thomas was very knowledgeable & explained to me in terms that I could understand. I highly recommend This Hearing & Balance Clinic to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Thomas”

“Staff is so friendly. However I’ve been waiting 3 months for my insurance check. Appears they changed something in AUGUST and can’t seem to straighten it out with Medicare. Seems to me 5 months should be enough time to get this straightened out. In the meantime they have their money while I WAIT. ”
