“My Mom, who is 91 years young was in need of a new set of hearing aids. My wife went online and found Davis Audiology in Simpsonville. She lives in Anderson, but we were so impressed with the reviews shared on Davis Audiology, it was worth the drive. I believe these comments from my Mom will explain why we gave 5 STARS. Saturday morning, following my Mom's appointment on Friday afternoon, when we picked up her new hearing aids, when my Mom came into the kitchen as I was cooking breakfast, she said, "I had no idea you were so loud in the kitchen!" I laughed so hard because this was the best indiction she was hearing exceptionally well. Also, while I was cooking the sausage, she said, "I can even hear the sausage sizzling!!!" We could not be any more pleased with the staff, physician, care, expertise and skill of Davis Audiology. The entire family is so very glad we found you! “Be careful of office visit costs. When I first called to set an appointment I had a minor problem with one of my aids and wanted sn annual hearing test. Because I didn't buy my aids from them, they couldn't schedule both at the same time. I was not told this at the time i first scheduled. So I had to pay for office visit for a minor repair and then another office visit for the hearing test. My aids were still under warranty and were sent back to manufacturer for new batteries and Davis provided loaner aids. I verified that when returned, my aids would then be programmed to new hearing test. What they didn't tell me was that there was another office visit fee. They agreed to hand me back my aids without being programmed for no fee. Once I talked to the manager, she agreed to program them. Upon arriving to pick them up, I had to switch earbuds myself as I didn't make that office visit appointment. I am sorry but I won't deal with my place that is not transparent, and tries to gouge clients.”

Haley was professional and personable and she quickly resolved the problem. She also explained my questions I had about some features of my hearing aids.
