A message from Hough Ear Hearing & Speech Center about COVID-19:
Dr. Kela Miller is a licensed audiologist working at Hough Ear Hearing and Speech Center since 2006. She earned a doctorate in audiology from the OU Health Sciences Center. Dr. Miller received a cochlear implant at the age of 20 and, after seeing how it impacted her life, she became passionate in helping others achieve healthy hearing.
Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with her family, eating Mexican cuisine and watching movies when she is not helping her patients.
Dr. Sandra Over is a licensed audiologist who earned her doctorate in audiology from Salus University, a master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University. She has over three decades experience in audiology and assisted in training Audiology students at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Over enjoys leisure weekends with her family and friends, taking long walks and reading in her spare time.
Dr. Perrine Pham is a licensed audiologist who earned a bachelor’s degree and her doctorate in audiology from Northern Illinois University. Dr. Pham has experience working in a clinical setting, private practice and as a clinical trainer for a hearing aid manufacturer. She is knowledgeable in diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid evaluation and dispensing on adults and children. Dr. Pham went to graduate school in Hong Kong and provided hearing services to drug rehab centers, special education schools and residential living centers.
