“I have been a client of Hearing Innovations for a couple of years now. I have always been treated by Dr. Branham who is excellent. She tested and fitted me with my own prescription hearing aids that have simply changed my life. I was amazed at what I wasn't hearing. But recently, one of my hearing aids needed a battery replacement and Dr. Branham was unavailable. I was seen by Dr. Rebecca Donchess. She was as professional and attentive to my needs as Dr. Branham. So no matter which audiologist I saw there, it was a great experience and I have never felt rushed. The staff at the front desk are also polite, courteous, and eager to help. It is a drive for me going from Pennsylvania to Ohio for my appointments, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 Stars.”

“Dr. Branham has opened up a whole new world for me. Being a performing musician my hearing is a vital tool for me. After years of playing I did experience hearing loss. This loss also affected my hearing in day to day living. Dr. Branham did all the latest technological testing and fine tuned a prescription for my hearing aids. Her clinical expertise has enabled me to hear what I had been missing all these years ! Dr. Branham and her staff are wonderful. I highly recommend their services. ”
