“My left hearing aid was making a noise. I was just there a few minutes when Dr Tripp said it had a broken wire. She said it would be repaired in a few minutes and Jessy was able to do that. So it is great she has a very capable assistant so Dr Tripp could assit someone else while Jessy fixed my hearing aid. I appreciated getting the repair done so quickly. ”
