“i waited 8 weeks to have my hearing test,,,,,after having the test,she showed me the hearing aids,,,,picked out what i wanted,,she said ill check to see how much your insurance pays,ill call this week,,the week went by,,tha few more days in the next week my daughter called couldnt find my card,,,thats the first thing i did was give the lady the card,,,,,then a few more days,,i find out you dont take wellcare,,so after 10 weeks i still have no hearing aids,,,,i think what you should do is when someone wants a appointmet,you should ask about insurance,,the people wouldnt be wasting 10 weeks,getting excited about getting new aids so they can hear,,,no i am not happy with what you did for me,,,,,”
