“Very professional warm and well informed, patient and willing to take her time to resolve any issues ”
“had my hearing aids less than a year. Wasn't given a choice of other devices. One stopped working and the other I had a mishap. When I called about my issue I was told I only had 90 days. So I'm out 800.00 and my insurance paid 750.00 per ear. Okay I can't afford anymore and I don't have a hearing aids.”
