Dwight Valdez is a licensed audiologist who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Audiology and Communication Disorders from Andrews University and a Master of Arts degree in Audiology from Michigan State University. He has been a practicing Audiologist since 1982 with personal experience with hearing loss. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of hearing loss and has extensive training in hearing evaluation and rehabilitative audiology including hearing instrument dispensing and patient-centered counseling.

Alliance Hearing Aids, LLC was founded in 2021 to meet the growing need for professional hearing and hearing aid care in Concord and surrounding areas. Our highly experienced audiology team has over 60 years of combined experience and their expertise in the latest diagnostic procedures, hearing aid technology, and assistive listening devices assures their patients the highest quality of audiological care.
At Alliance we focus on the person that uses the hearing aids. Our philosophy is that the hearing aid is a tool for the patient to use. We work with our patients to select the most appropriate, practical amplification system. We counsel them about the process of adjustment to amplification and what to expect as they regain their hearing. Our hearing aid program philosophy is that we’ll work with you to get it right. At any time during your 30-day trial period, if we realize that you are not progressing properly with the selected hearing aids or if you wish to try something else, we will put you into a different pair of hearing aids.
