Before sending Brandi took the time to check his hearing with it in and with out. She looked inside his ear to see if he had wax. She made sure to test his hearing aids and the his charger She was very good about explaining everything she did. She told us exactly what it would cost and what to expect when it came back. When it was returned to us Brandi helped my husband make sure it was set correctly for his ear and also set it up and showed him how he could use it to answer his cell phone.
