“Mary and her staff were great with my Mom, aged 96. They are always there when we need them. Mom would be lost without her hearing aids. They have also helped me with all my needs. We think they are the best.”

“I liked that it didn't seem like we were being pushed into buying new hearing aids.”

“She took time with me. She listened to my concerns about my husband who is 82. She was wonderful. She took me in the back, talked to me in private. (I didn't have the same experience with the man doctor that I had there when I first came in - it's not like I was just intending to go to the waiting room.) I liked her a lot and whenever I go back, and I will go back, I'm requesting her. I think her name was Mary Maddock.”

“He was really good with her, considering she was a child. All the staff was super friendly and we were in and out really quickly.”
