“Fortunately, I had asked exactly where the office was, and it was easy then…the staff was polite, and appeared competent,,the audiologist sent a copy of my results to the referring ENT physician and he agreed with her assessment that I could use hearing aids…I will order them shortly when I return from a vacation. The whole assessment procedure was very professional and I was glad I had gone there. ”

“The staff and Optometrists at Wilmington Hearing Specialist have been providing service to our family for over six years. I have seen 3 Optometrists in that time and I can’t say enough about my excellent experience. From Linda at the front desk to the staff that repairs my hearing aids, to the crew that answers the phone they have always been professional and kind. In a world where costumer service is rare, it’s nice to see. The happy atmosphere is uplifting and it shows in each staff member, what a team! ”
