Ryan Hill,


Ryan Hill earned his Doctorate of Audiology Degree from the University of Cincinnati and his Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Ohio State University. As a technology expert, Dr. Hill enjoys addressing each patient’s individual needs by finding the right solution to improve their hearing ability.  He also takes great pride in being a part of a family-owned practice and working closely alongside his father.

Outside of the office, Dr. Hill enjoys continuing education, the outdoors, and spending time with his expanding family.

Michael Hill,


Dr. Hill earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Wright State University, his master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Cincinnati and his clinical doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Florida. He has nearly 4 decades’ experience in audiology, diagnosing and treating hearing loss in a variety of clinical settings including hospitals and private practice. Passionate about continuing education, in addition to reviewing several Audiology journals monthly and attending educational seminars, Dr. Hill has also presented at more than 50 events to educate the public on hearing loss prevention and the benefits of treating hearing loss.

In his spare time, Dr. Hill enjoys spending time with family, reading, working on his home and fishing.

Brandi Raycheck,


Dr. Brandi Raycheck earned her Doctorate of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences, her master’s degree from University of Cincinnati, and her undergraduate degree from the Miami University. She has provided hearing care services to pediatric and adult patients in a variety of clinical settings including hospitals, ENT offices, schools and long-term care facilities. 

In her free time, Dr. Raycheck enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeromy, and their two children.

Samantha Bayless,


Samantha Bayless earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Cincinnati. She is board-certified and tinnitus management certified by the American Board of Audiology and participates in ongoing training and education in the tinnitus field. Dr. Bayless strives to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in hearing aid technology to best match the individual needs of her patients. She is excited to bring her passion for audiology and patient care to each patient at The Hill Hear Better Clinic.

Outside of the office, Dr. Bayless enjoys spending time with her husband, being outdoors, and attending as many of her nieces’ soccer games as possible.
