“Charlie and Taylor did a fantastic job with setting up appointments and fitting my hearing aids. Time will tell if they perform as expected or is able to meet my prescription adequately. When fitting the aids, Charlie answered all my questions and was very patient with his patient's incessant and constant questions about the tests, fittings, and results. The only ding I would say is that my aids are capable of being programmed remotely without having to come into the office ($65 charge ea visit), but yet he was either reluctant or didn't see value in it. The hearing aids also have an app that you can make adjustments from your phone which, other than adjusting the volume, is useless. Also if you turn off or charge your aids, the volume level goes back to the default level not where you left it. I would like to have the flexibility of adjusting each aid separately vs both. You can selectively focus the direction of the mics, but for me there are no advantages in the environments I'm in. Yes, the app is simple to use, but could have more features. Also the aids tout bluetooth connection! Yay! but it only connects to their app with an android phone. With iPhones you can hear callers through your aids, but you need to use the iphone's mic to talk! I wish they had an aid that worked like traditional bluetooth devices/technologies.”
