Kristin Woods, Au.D., FAAA is fully licensed by the state of California to provide comprehensive audiological services.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Colorado State University (Cum Laude) and was awarded her Doctorate of Audiology by the joint doctoral program at University of California, San Diego and San Diego State University in 2007.
Dr. Woods' prior clinical experiences at the Veteran's Administration Hospital, San Diego, and in private practices with otolaryngologists in both Northern and Southern California, have equipped her with thorough knowledge in pediatric and adult audiology.  She is also helping to educate the next generation of audiologists by supervising Audiology Doctoral students at the San Diego State University Communications Clinic.  Dr. Wood has always been interested in helping others and has found the field of audiology to be the perfect combination of science, technology, counseling and human services.
She has special interests in: advanced diagnostics, auditory evoked potentials, counseling and hearing rehabilitation. 
Dr. Woods has previously contributed to original research in the field of audiology and co-authored a publication in the International Journal of Audiology.  She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and the California Academy of Audiology.

Linda Goldstein,


Linda Goldstein, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA, is licensed by the state of California to provide comprehensive audiological and hearing aid services. She received a B.A. in Speech Pathology from East Stroudsburg University (East Stroudsburg PA), an M.A. in Audiology from Temple University (Philadelphia, PA), and a Doctor of Audiology from Salus University (Elkins Park, PA).

Dr. Goldstein’s background and experience in multiple facets of audiology have been broad and extensive. Prior to joining San Diego Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialists, she served as the Director of Audiology for HearMD in New Jersey for 20 years. Additionally, she has served as a clinical audiologist for an ENT practice, a private practice, and the Boston Guild for the Hard of Hearing, Director of Clinical Services and Chief of Audiology at the St. Louis (MO) Hearing and Speech Center.

Her clinical areas of expertise include:

  • Diagnostic audiology
  • Aural rehabilitation
  • Hearing aid fitting and service
  • Counseling
  • Improved quality of life through better hearing

Dr. Goldstein is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
