“I was somewhat despondent about my failing hearing aid and my hearing! I had purchased them while in Texas and have been having issues with them for over a year. I got Harbor Audiology’s info from Google and stopped in to get a new earpiece for my hearing aid. Everyone at the front desk was awesome! They installed the earpiece and gave me some much needed instructions on my hearing aids. They made me an appt to be seen by Molly for the following week. Saw Molly today and she was just terrific! She answered my questions and sent them away yo Signia to be repaired under my warranty! They should be back in about a week. She did a hearing test and will be able to get them programmed properly when they are returned! I’m just so excited to have come upon Harbor Audiology and get all my worst fears taken care of! I can’t recommend them highly enough! They were all awesome and I’m now a customer for life! THANKS!!! ”
