“Dear Hearing Unlimited, I have been a customer of Hearing Unlimited in Pittsburgh for many years. I use the Rodi Road - Monroeville, PA Hearing Unlimited office. There are reasons for this. Thank-you for recognizing the necessity of optimum hearing with very good selection of products including tools to protect and clean them, a professional knowledgeable staff of audiologists who can explain clearly the products and the diagnosis of impairment. This letter is in recognition of the receptionists. I think of receptionists as the cogs that push the hands of the clock to operate. My visits have been calming, reassuring, accommodating when possible. There’s always a sense of focus beginning with receptionists like Joyce and Annette greet patients with welcoming smiles and cordially asks how they can be of help you upon arrival. With this profession - come business procedures, implements, answers to questions and know what questions to ask and where to locate needed items. They addresses each person in an individual, friendly way. Please give send a copies of my letter to these ladies. Continued success to all. ”

“Dr. Stacy worked very hard to get me the proper heating aids that I needed. I have very tiny ear canals. When she left Dr. Sarah took her place and she has worked to keep me in the same place. She is excellent. ”
