Dr. Anne Orsene is the Executive Director of Hearing Evaluation Services and has been with the organization since 2000. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University and has been practicing audiology and caring for her patients in Western New York since 1991. She is a proud co-founder and Chairman of the Dr. Ann Stadelmaier Hearing Aid Fund and has trained a large number of masters and doctoral level audiology students throughout WNY and is an Adjunct Clinical Instructor for the University at Buffalo. She leads a team of highly qualified clinical professionals that provide excellent patient care.

Welcome to our practice! Hearing Evaluation Services prides itself in being the largest freestanding not-for-profit audiology group in Western New York. We are completely committed to providing the highest quality services available. Hearing Evaluation Services believes that this is only possible by pairing highly educated staff with top of the line test equipment and advanced hearing aid technology.
That is why we employ only Doctors of Audiology, professionals who are truly committed to the field and to their patients. Having such a large staff of Doctors of Audiology means that we have specialists in all areas of the field available to provide you with the best service possible. However, at Hearing Evaluation Services we also understand the importance of continuity of care; therefore, you can rest assured that you will be seen by your primary audiologist who will guide you through your appointments.
Hearing Evaluation Services was founded in 1981 by audiologist, Thomas P. White. The organization was set up as a not-for-profit agency to best serve our patients. Our audiologists are not commissioned so you can be confident that any recommendations made by our staff are made in each patient's best interest alone. This philosophy has stood the test of time. Hearing Evaluation Services has been caring for patients for over 25 years and most of our patients come by word of mouth, after hearing successful stories about us from their family and friends. We have three conveniently located offices in Western New York, one in Amherst on the corner of Harlem and Sheridan, and one in Orchard Park on North Buffalo Road, and one in Williamsville on Wehrle Drive near Transit Road.
