“Tootie Rinker and the whole team (Colleen and Martha) from Hearing Aid Services of Winchester have helped me from my time as a neophyte HA wearer five years ago (when I could only afford reconditioned equipment a relative gave me) - which Tootie reprogrammed - all the way to now after I've bought my first set of new HA's. Her knowledge, skill, care and professionalism have made it easy to trust her and to learn from her. When someone treats you the same whether you are asking them to clean and reprogram aids they don't get to sell, or when they are teaching me about the quality and features of new ones I might buy, you have quite a find... service, care, and knowledge ahead of profit. I hope lots of people buy their HA'S from Tootie. She's good and she'll steer you right. But even if she just helps you maintain existing ones she never sold, you'll be pleased with her care.”
