For ever two decades, co-founder and owner Dr. Sarah Sugden has been helping people rediscover their sense of hearing. Dr. Sugden earned her clinical Doctorate Degree in Audiology from the University of Florida, Gainesville and she has extensive experience with adult and pediatric hearing testing, tinnitus evaluations, hearing aid fittings and management, as well as balance assessments and dizziness evaluations. Doctor Sugden has also obtained several certifications in concussion diagnosis and managements, as well as vestibular rehabilitation and balance therapy through Fyzical.
Doctor Sudgen first opened Watertown Audiology in 1999 and since has expanded her practice to include both Audiology and Physcal Therapy services, establishing East Coast Audiology and Physical Therapy with her brother and co-founder Dr. Joel Grimshaw. Together they lead the perfect team in diagnosing and treating balance and vestibular disorders in the same location. They have three offices in New York and recently opened their fourth location in November 2021 in Surprise, Arizona.
