Bill has been serving the Watertown area since 1982, concentrating on customer hearing health. He is a New York State Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and Optician. In 1994, Bill purchased the long-established Watertown Hearing Aid Center. He is happy to help you find a solution to your hearing needs.

Tammy Wood is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser. Over the years she has built wonderful relationships with the people she has served. "The most fulfilling part of my job is to see the changes that occur as a patient starts to hear and communicate better. Their whole demeanor changes, and they seem happier, younger, and more engaged in life. I want to continue to help people achieve this."
Judith McMahon,

Audiologist, NYS Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser
Dr. Judy McMahon is a licensed audiologist who earned her master’s degree in audiology from Ithaca College and in 2004 her doctorate in audiology. Judy established Audiology Consultants two decades ago in order to provide quality hearing healthcare to the people in her community. As of 2017, her practice has become Hearing Aid Consultants of CNY with 6 locations to better serve her patients.

Peter McMahon is a registered Hearing Aid Dispenser and the Chief Executive Officer of Watertown Hearing Aid Center. He joined the practice in 2024. Peter earned his hearing aid dispensing license in 2009 and is passionate about providing hearing care services and devices to anyone seeking better hearing.
