“I liked the flexibility, professionalism, and thoroughness of the people and services. I was able to try and compare the top devices on the market. I appreciated the all-in-one approach of all services and features included in one price plus unlimited follow-up. The entire staff was pleasant and responsive and all my needs were met. My thanks to the entire team at 88 N San Mateo Drive!”
“Outstanding. This is a caring, helpful, competent and professional practice. I think I have been helped by everyone there and they are all great. I appreciate the time they have spent to get adjustments right as my hearing changes over time, there's no rush and a good amount of probing questions to understand what I needed. During COVID, they mailed batteries and supplies and when they reopenned, they set thorough procedures to keep everyone safe.”
“Dr. Darcy strives always to make a perfect job. She has a real human inside her. ”
“Wonderful service. My daughter has been trying to get an adequate hearing test for years. Their knowledge and professionalism helped make it happen! They explained everything clearly and in a manner easy to understand. Very grateful for their customer service and expertise. ”
“I have been a client for many years so you know I am happy. My visit yesterday was difficult for Ms. Ama and she was patient and caring. ”
