“For the first time in my life, 3 years ago I needed to find the right and best hearing aids. Dr Nancy Wong was in my business health insurance network and via her experience, I chose her for this important process with me. Dr Wong was extremely detailed and as committed to address my hearing loss and needs as I was. She readily encouraged as many appointments as I needed to further tweak, change and adjust my Oticon hearing aids for the best possible operation.However, one year ago I went on Medicare for the first time and Dr. Wong was not listed in my Medicare network (Wellcare). Very hesitating, I went to an "in network" audiologist for my hearing aid and issues. Without naming-names, let's just say that this new audiologist group gave me stark contrast to compare with Dr. Wong. As such, I realized quickly how much more personal care, attention, detailed and helpful Dr Wong is than "other" certified audiologists. Now that my first year being contactually bound with this "other" audiologist is over, I just found that Dr. Wong is now indeed in my Medicare (Wellcare Advantage) network. I am very excited as now I can go back to Dr. Wong and receive the dedicated, desired attention and results that I have NOT had with these "other" audiologists for the pasted, "wasted" year. I have not called Dr. Wong's office as yet, but I know she will welcome me back as her patient as she welcomes each of her valued patients. Thanks Dr. Wong! “Walked into my shower with both hearing aids in place. Dried them off quickly, but the left hearing aid did not function properly. Called Dr. Wong‘s office and Vincent told me to come in so I could try using their dehumidifier. After 10 minutes in the dehumidifier, my hearing aid works great again! I don’t know what I would do without Dr. Wong and her office staff. They are the best!!!”

“I found Dr. Wong’s office due to Dr. Julie's husband, and my husband worked together for several years, and still work together. I scheduled an appointment, my first appointment was amazing. I walked into Dr. Wong’s office to find a warm greeting from Trinity like I was a close friend. Once I introduced myself, Trinity took my temp, welcoming me to the practice. A few minutes later, Dr. Julie greeted me with a warm welcoming, escorting me to her office. I told her my concerns on my right hearing aide, she promptly was very attentive to listen carefully, and to take care of my concerns, making an adjustment to my right hearing aide. My entire visit was very inviting, Dr. Julie very much concerned about what my concern was, I just needed a slight adjustment. Just today, I met with Dr. Wong, she is extremely concerned about her patients concerns with great compassion. She also takes the time to listen, to make her patient’s concerns valid. The entire office is genuine, welcoming, and I cannot think of a better office for hearing tests, new hearing aides, to simple adjustments of current hearing aides, the entire office is awesome, professional. “Dr. Wong is such a capable and professional audiologist. I am on my third set of aids from her. She keeps me in the latest. I now have Marvels. They are like no other and I just got Roger Select. The first night after I got Roger, we and another couple went to a noisy Italian restaurant the kind where I enjoy the food but not the company. Not even the Marvel works. That night for two hours Roger sat in the middle of the table and I clearly heard every word. It was wonderful. Then we went to an orchestra concert and Roger hung around my neck. I was at a retreat in Fort Lauderdale, and about 30 of us went out for dinner Saturday night. We had 2 long tables, and behind us was another long table of a loud party of 30-somethings. Then the live band came on. I was dying, so popped in the ears and BOOM! I was able to stay the rest of the dinner and even danced a little to the band.”
