I want to say that I just moved to NY and with all the external noises I am finding it extremely hard to hear especially on my left year so I made an appointment with the Upper West Side 74th. The office treated me with nothing less the 100 percent professionalism. They were very friendly and answered all my questions the tests were easy and comfortable with a wide variety of results leaving me with the idea that my ears were in need of aids but not as bad as I thought they were. Since I just moved here I was in the process of insurance and now that is taken care of.
