“My experience with Audiology of Wilmington has been truly outstanding. Not only did the personnel provide very helpful information regarding my decision to potentially purchase hearing aids, but they were very patient and sensitive to my hearing loss in explaining the many options that exist to help with the problem. And I was particularly impressed with the aftercare provided subsequent to the purchase of my hearing aids. A quick call to Amanda in the office was all it took to get an appointment scheduled, and she was always very attuned to the needs of the clients. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and pleasant person to deal with whenever I needed to coordinate with the office. An added bonus was the assistance available from Georganne, the owner. She specifically went out of her way once to help me in resolving a hearing aid issue that most people would have just said that there wasn't anything that they could do about it. Audiology of Wilmington provides the the kind of service and quality that we all look for when doing business with someone. Their efforts get the highest rating from me based on my personal experience with them over the last couple of years. I highly recommend them.”
“Going to Audiology has changed my life. I have been living with hearing problems for years. They are very professional and helpful. The quality of my life has changed since getting my hearing aids. I would recommend if you have any kind of hearing problems please go see them. They are able to adjust your hearing to fit your lifestyle so you will want to wear them. I hear from people all the time that have bought them online or from a discount store and they don’t want to wear them. There quality of service is second to none. ”
