Jeff Hartney was born and raised in Swansboro. Jeff earned his degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is a board-certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in North Carolina and has successfully completed an advanced training course at the National Training Center in Somerset, NJ. With more than 16 years of experience, Jeff has dispensed and adjusted thousands of hearing devices and is an expert in the early detection and treatment of speech understanding problems. Winner of numerous prestigious statewide awards and several national Commitment to Service awards, Jeff’s dedication to customer care is evident with each client. Jeff’s knowledge of communication disorders has helped a wide range of customers. He provides screenings and aural rehabilitation, and is experienced in conventional and digital hearing instruments. Expertly trained in the new wireless hearing instrument connectivity technology, he has a distinctive approach to demonstrating how today’s modern hearing devices connect directly to his customers’ cell phones, home phones or televisions.
