“Seeking medical advice, in any fashion is always a difficult task. But, in the case of selecting Ear Works (West Islip) this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Their medical staff (Audiologist) was very competent, skillful and most importantly, easy to work with. Understanding the nature of a hearing loss as well as comprehending all of the possible solutions is not a simple task. Lisa (the Audiologist) made it very easy for me, She is a great asset for the Ear Works team. She exemplifies the professionalism and personalization that the Ear Works' brand is striving to convey. I also can't forget to mention their support staff, They are just wonderful. You are always greeted warmly when you arrive for your appointment. They make you feel like ... you are family .... ”
