Whether the need has been evaluation, patient eduction and advice, cleaning or repair, both Brian and Ann have always made themselves available and done everything possible to assist me. Several times over the years they have been able to quickly make the necessary repair in the office. Once, when one of my hearing aids needed to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, Brian provided a demo pair for my use until my hearing aid come back.
