Tracy Peck Holcomb
Dr. Tracy Peck is a clinical audiologist and the Director of Clinical Services at Hearing and Speech Center of Northern California. She earned her bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and doctorate in audiology from the State University of New York in Buffalo. She is a licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser in the State of California. Dr. Peck is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Tinnitus Association. Her specialties lie in evaluating, treating and management of tinnitus and hyperacusis.
Christopher Focht is a licensed clinical audiologist who owned his own practice for two decades before joining us at Hearing and Speech Center. He earned his master’s degree in audiology from San Francisco State University. He holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Focht provides care to people of all ages but has special interest in diagnosing and treating geriatric patients.
Malvina Levy is a licensed clinical audiologist who provided services at Hearing and Speech Center for over three decades. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Illinois and her doctorate in audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Tinnitus Association. Dr. Levy specializes in evaluating, treating and managing tinnitus, and her clinical interests lie in digital hearing technology, assistive listening devices and hearing conservation.
Julia Coats is a licensed clinical audiologist who joined us at Hearing and Speech Center in 2016. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Emory University and her doctorate in audiology from the joint doctorate program at San Diego State University and the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Coats has experience helping patients of all ages with hearing and balance disorders. She remains current in the latest technology in order to offer her patients the best hearing solution based on their needs. Her interests lie in pediatric and adult diagnostics, amplification and aural rehabilitation.
Kathleen Favor is a licensed clinical audiologist who joined us at Hearing and Speech Center in 2013. She earned a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University and a doctorate in audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Favor specializes in diagnostics for adults and children, amplification, assistive listening device technology and aural rehabilitation. She is also affluent in American Sign Language and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Kylie earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clemson University before entering into her doctorate program in audiology from Northwestern University. She is completing her last year of her doctorate program at the Hearing and Speech Center and is excited to be a part of our family.

About this hearing center
Staff at the Hearing and Speech Center of Northern California have been practicing state of the art audiology for over 100 years by offering hearing testing and hearing aid services to children and adults of all ages. Currently, we have a staff of six top-notch audiologists. We are a non-profit agency.
