“Although I have experienced no hearing difficulties, I learned of your practice through a professional presentation for social workers and nurses. I was so impressed that I recommended that my companion make an appointment to determine whether his current aids were the best available option. He did get new ones and we have both found all services to be exemplary, but have especially benefited from the on going "Sound Advice" classes designed to help patients and families make the maximum use of the hearing aids. However, what we have valued most is the sensitivity of the entire staff, to each patient's individual needs, and their dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for every patient.”
“EXECELLENT RESPONCE TO MY SPECIFIC NEEDS. PROFESSIONAL OPERATION AND PERSONAL.”
“What a wonderful experience! Very professional but tempered with real compassion for the patient. I have recommended Hearing Associates many times. To say I am very satisfied just doesn't say enough.”
“I went to Hearing Associates to have my hearing checked and to get information about hearing aids. I spent two hours at their Libertyville office. By the time I left, I had a my first time hearing aids that changed my life for the better. People do not even realize I have them, but I'm anxious to tell them about my positive experience. Absolutely no regrets and the staff helped to make this a fantastic experience.”
“Hearing Associates staff is always attentive and ready to help with any issues that come up. I have been very happy with their office and service.”
