“I have had hearing aids for about 2 years. My ENT and audiologist moved to another state. Hearing Assoc. was recommended to my by a relative. Dr. Kneip listened carefully to my needs. She re-programmed my aids and they are great. I am hearing everything! Very professional and I will definitely return for future needs.”
“I had an exam for hearing loss and tinnitus there with Julie Kneip, AuD in early January 2019 along with an intern. Julie Kneip had an excellent bedside manner and the exam went by rather smoothly. I will definitely be returning here for any and all of my hearing needs.”
“I have always been super satisfied with the care I receive at this audiologist's office. The personnel are prompt and available in their appointments and always address any problems I have with my hearing and hearing aids. They are always interested in my well being.”
“I have been a patient for close to ten years. I had hearing aids from another group before I heard about Hearing Associates from a friend. The difference between the two groups was obvious on my first visit. I switched and never regretted my decision. I should note that it takes me an hour and a half to get to the Libertyville office but I would never switch to another group closer to my home. On Interim visits Selina and Linda have always been most helpful.”
“Entire staff is always professional, pleasant and very helpful. Thanks much. ”
