“I highly value the services provided to me by Audiology Associates. My audiologist, Dr. Susan Nowlin, has worked with me through two sets of hearing aids and is now having me test some accessories that might help my particular hearing challenges. She is highly knowledgeable and has proved excellent service over the many years I have consulted with her. I have told her that I hope some more advanced hearing tests, more like real-life situations and a variety of voices, rather than a sound-proof booth with distinctive, clear voices, might be utilized in the future to better assess my particular hearing loss. Otherwise, I have recommended her services to several acquaintances over the years and will continue to accept her guidance in working with my hearing challenges. I have been very happy and satisfied with her work. ”
“My husband and I appreciate the professional way they deal with the hearing difficulties! It can be an emotional problem to face!”
“Great experience every time.”
“I had a very good experience at my last visit. All my test results were gone over thoroughly, and I was asked several times during the explanation of my test results and discussion of future care if I had any questions. I have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks, and I am looking forward to another good experience.”
