“Mary Susan Thornton’s professionalism and knowledge is exceptional. She made me feel comfortable in this next stage of retirement with better hearing. The surprise came with the two week trial where I could not only hear speech better, but tinnitus was reduced! I could also hear the wind, birds, and other noises outside and around the house (never knew I missed them). Thank you to Tallahassee ENT, Dr. Roberts and my audiologist Dr. Thornton! ”

“I was very nervous and even made a list of questions. Halle Van Oss explained everything without me having to pull out my list. She was patient and explain everything about the hearing aids so I felt confident in trying them out. Kellie Whitman then provided excellent explanations about the hearing aids, adjustments, etc. Excellent experience. Thanks for making it easy to adjust to the hearing aids.”

“I never thought I would look forward to having hearing aids or adapted so well to using them. It was all due to the staff at Audiology Associates. Everybody was polite, knowledgeable, and so supportive-especially Dr. Lisa Myrick and Pam Granger.”

“My audiologist was Halle Van Oss. She was very good, explaining things to me in detail and answering questions I had. Getting help with hearing loss seems like a daunting prospect, but Halle and Kellie Whitman (support specialist) were very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. It became very apparent to me during this process that it is worth doing it this way rather than going it alone to try and save money. It would be so hard to get everything right and get the correct aids that affect what needs to be addressed without the expertise of trained personnel. They also offer different choices at varying prices, so you're not forced to pay top dollar. I was pleasantly surprised and am pleased with the service and my hearing aids.”
