“Knowing nothing about audiology, I was very concerned on what doctor to choose and what types of devices are available. What will suit me? How can it be unobtrusive? Questions like that. I was able to get all those patiently answers and more. Dr. Franklin went through a very careful diagnosis and explained everything patiently; not hurrying me in any way. The post-fitting visits have also been very good and I feel well taken care of. The device also fits me well and I can see the improvement. In addition, the doctor's assistant Tiffany has played a significant role in this rating. She is kind, attentive and responsive and an asset to Dr.Franklin's office. Thank you. ”

“My my experience with Dr. Franklin and his staff has been highly satisfactory. Dr Franklin’s approach is based on careful analysis of the type of hearing loss, effective, informed communication, dedication to finding the right solution, assiduous follow up, and access to several hearing aid brands. He is very well versed on the latest technology and has created a very welcoming office atmosphere assisted by Tiffany at the reception desk. He devoted the time necessary to provide the right solution, with a friendly demeanor and authentic concern for a positive outcome. Very satisfactory experience in every respect. ”

“Dr. Franklin and his staff were very professional and helpful as he reviewed the hearing tests and made suggestions. Tiffany is a bright star in the day, eager to help and be of assistance. I thought that Dr. Franklin was very patient, and really good at explaining how to use the hearing aids to my greatest advantage. He limits the visits to 1:00 or 30 minutes which helps with retaining all the new information--he doles it out in reasonable amounts. I appreciate the fact that he did not rush me, asked for questions, and was sure I know what I needed to do to maintain the equipment, etc. What could have been a very tense, emotional set of meetings were very low key, kind and very helpful. I have told friends that they need to meet Dr. Franklin.”

“We found Dr. Franklin and his office manager (who is also his wife) to be very dishonest. They never filed a claim for us and we ended up paying 100% when that should not have been the case. I will never use them nor recommend them to anyone.”

Official Response from Victory Hearing & Balance:
“Dear Constance, We strive to be as transparent as possible. We checked your records. Your claim was filed with your insurance on 9/15/2017. You were charged your co-pay for services that were covered under your plan and directly for services that were not a benefit of your plan. If you have any questions about your coverage or if you would like written policy (from your insurance) indicating that some of these services were not covered, please feel free to contact us. We would be happy to help you. Insurance can be frustrating. Sincerely, Dr. Allan Franklin, Au.D. ”
