Dedicated to excellence in hearing health care
Dr. Sandler has been in practice in the Northern Virginia area for over 30 years. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin before earning her Master’s in Audiology at George Washington University. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Audiology through the Arizona School of Health Sciences. She established the Hearing Associates of Northern Virginia in 1994, which has allowed her to focus on the aspects of audiology that interest her most, particularly rehabilitation of hearing loss. Dr. Sandler is committed to providing the latest technology and the highest standard of care to her patients. When not at work, Dr. Sandler enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
Dr. Crovato has been an audiologist since 2001, earning her Master's Degree in audiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and going on to pursue her Doctorate of Audiology through the Arizona School of Health Sciences. During her fellowship year, Dr. Crovato worked on a multi-disciplinary team in both a clinical and educational environment, including doing some consulting with educators and child care providers of children with hearing loss. Since then, she has worked closely with otolaryngologists and in private practice. She specializes in high-end digital hearing aid technology and especially enjoys the rewarding feelings she gets in working and establishing relationships with people with hearing loss. She enjoys traveling in her spare time and begins each football season with high hopes for the Redskins.
Dr. Yunes earned both her Master’s and Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Pittsburgh, and her Bachelor’s in Communicative Disorders from Indiana University. Dr. Yunes specializes in adult and geriatric diagnostics, and is highly trained in the selection, fitting, and verification of digital hearing aid technology. Her approach to helping patients centers on taking the time to explain their hearing loss, understand how it impacts their lives, and how hearing aid technology can help. She truly desires to help her patients live life to the fullest and enjoy the sounds and experiences that they have been missing. In her free time, Dr. Yunes enjoys reading, traveling, and being outdoors with her husband and daughter.
